QUALITY CONTROL A.W. Dental Laboratory has set a standard in inspecting every case from model to finished porcelain. How We Do That? • Model work is done with extreme care, since this is the foundation for our work. • All dies are trimmed under magnification in order to insure that margins are accurate. • Wax-up, framework, and opaque are all individually checked. • Finished porcelain is checked for bite, shade, contacts, and naturalness. All units are then finally checked on an uncut solid model for final accuracy. In all, each unit is checked eight times before it leaves the lab.   |
