IMPORTANT PROCEDURES
Dear Doctor,
We are responsible for the final results of any restoration we make for you. I need your help to do that. In this way we can have a happy relationship. I have found the following points very useful:
1. Please wrap your models and impressions carefully. We need those unbroken and in perfect shape.
2. If you are not happy with the first impression you take, please take another one and send both. We will get the best margin from each one. Two impressions always help us to do a better job. A good impression is the most important requirement for us to do a good job. A full impression is needed for difficult bites.
3. On large cases and upper six units (6-11), please provide us with study models.
4. On metal frame try-in cases, please check the framework carefully in the mouth. If the metal try-in is fine, let me know on the lab slip.
With your help, we can do a job that we both are proud of. Your help is appreciated.
Sincerely,
Andrew Wdowiak
